If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Return and Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and options.
1. RETURN POLICY
We offer a 30-day return window. You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
Eligibility Criteria for Returns: To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:

The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and undamaged.

It must be in its original packaging (including the original box, carrying bags, protective wraps, tags, and instructions).

For camping tables and umbrellas, all hardware, poles, and accessories must be included.

You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase (such as your Shopify order number).
Items Not Eligible for Return:

Items showing clear signs of outdoor use, dirt, mud, or scratches.

Items damaged due to improper assembly or misuse (e.g., umbrellas damaged by severe wind after delivery).

Gift cards.

Items purchased on "Final Sale" or clearance.
2. RETURN PROCESS
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

Please attach clear photos or a short video showing the item's condition and its original packaging.

If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Note: Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
3. SHIPPING COSTS & RESTOCKING FEES

Customer Remorse (Changed your mind, ordered wrong size/color, etc.): The customer is responsible for paying the actual return shipping costs. Since camping furniture and umbrellas are heavy and oversized items, shipping costs can be high. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Defective, Damaged, or Incorrect Items: If the item arrives damaged during transit, is defective, or you received the wrong product, please contact us immediately (within 48 hours of delivery). We will cover the return shipping costs and provide a prepaid return label or a replacement.

Restocking Fee: We do not charge a restocking fee for items returned in perfect, brand-new condition. However, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply if the item is returned without its original packaging or requires repackaging.
4. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received it. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved Refunds: If approved, your refund will be processed automatically, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) within 5 to 7 business days.

Late or Missing Refunds: If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
5. EXCHANGES
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
