SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIME All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

SHIPPING RATES AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES We offer shipping services to the contiguous United States. Standard Shipping Time: For our standard products, the estimated delivery time is 3 to 7 business days after the order has been processed and shipped. Oversized Items Notice: Please note that larger camping tables, heavy-duty chairs, and large patio umbrellas are classified as oversized items. These may take 5 to 10 business days for delivery depending on your location, as they require specialized freight or ground handling. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION AND ORDER TRACKING You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number or numbers. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. You can track your package anytime on our website or directly through the carrier's portal.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND TAXES BaseRest is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

DELIVERY ADDRESS LIMITATIONS We currently ship to addresses within the United States. Please note that we cannot ship oversized outdoor gear (such as folding tables and umbrellas) to PO Boxes or APO/FPO/DPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical residential or business address at checkout to avoid order cancellation.

IMPORTANT: DAMAGE IN TRANSIT AND INSPECTION Our outdoor furniture and patio umbrellas are carefully packed to withstand transit. However, structural damage can occasionally occur. Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) closely when they arrive. If you notice any significant damage to the outside box, please take photos before opening it. If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. Include your order number and clear photos of both the damaged product and the packaging. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund for you.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES If your tracking information states that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property or with neighbors first. BaseRest is not responsible for packages stolen after a confirmed delivery by the carrier.
