Proper Assembly: Our camping furniture and patio umbrellas require proper setup and assembly. BaseRest is not liable for any damage or injury caused by improper assembly, overloading beyond weight capacities, or modification of the products.
Weather Conditions: Patio umbrellas and camping gear must be collapsed and properly secured during severe weather, high winds, or storms. BaseRest shall not be held liable for property damage or personal injury resulting from product failure due to severe weather conditions or acts of nature after delivery.
